High Participation in the Employee Survey

A total of 250 out of 298 employees participated in the latest employee survey. This represents a participation rate of 84 percent. The high participation rate shows that the workforce is willing to share its experiences and actively help shape the future of the CAMPUS SURSEE Foundation.

A high response rate in an employee survey also strengthens the validity of the results. It provides a reliable foundation for identifying strengths and initiating targeted improvements in the work environment.

Top Employers with Significantly More Motivated Employees

The overall motivation score for the CAMPUS SURSEE Foundation is 80 index points. The improvement since the last employee survey in 2024 is particularly encouraging. At that time, 64 percent of employees were in the “highly motivated” group. In 2026, that figure stands at 72 percent—an increase of eight percentage points.

Nearly three-quarters of employees are highly motivated in their work today. This result reinforces the CAMPUS SURSEE Foundation’s position as a top employer. It also demonstrates why the foundation ranks among the best employers in Switzerland .

Strong employee retention with 67 percent of employees serving as brand ambassadors

67 percent of employees serve as ambassadors for the CAMPUS SURSEE Foundation. They are highly motivated, committed to their professional development, and feel a strong sense of loyalty to their employer.

These employees play a key role in building a strong employer brand. Their motivation and sense of belonging shape our day-to-day collaboration and have a positive impact on how the foundation is perceived as an employer.

Employee Survey Highlights Strengths in Teamwork and Leadership

The detailed analysis of the employee survey shows which aspects of the work environment are particularly valued by employees. Teamwork received the highest score, with 83 points.

The leadership culture is also rated very positively, with 82 points. Recognition and feedback, as well as health and well-being, each score 81 points. This means that four areas—which are crucial for motivation, employee retention, and a sustainable work culture—are rated particularly highly.

Why CAMPUS SURSEE Is One of Switzerland's Best Employers

A comparison with 2024 highlights the added value of recurring employee surveys. Trends become measurable, and organizations can identify the areas where their efforts are having an impact.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the CAMPUS SURSEE Foundation on winning the Excellence@Work Award and on its positive development since 2024. The results of the employee survey show that teamwork, a strong leadership culture, appreciation, and employee well-being are high priorities at CAMPUS SURSEE. This positions the foundation as a top employer and one of the best employers in Switzerland.
