High levels of employee motivation and commitment
The Excellence@work Award is presented to companies that achieve a very high motivation score in the ValueQuest employee survey and, at the same time, have a participation rate of at least 80% of their employees in the survey.
Raiffeisenbank Regio Arbon was pleased to report an outstanding result in the employee survey: The overall motivation score stands at 80 index points, which is above the Raiffeisenbank benchmark. It is also particularly encouraging that 70% of employees act as ambassadors for Raiffeisenbank. These employees strongly identify with their work and with Raiffeisenbank as a company, and they contribute significantly to a positive work culture.
Factors Contributing to High Employee Motivation
The areas that received the most positive ratings were “Working Independently” (87 points), “Working as a Team” (86 points), and “My Manager” (86 points), which clearly demonstrates that employees highly value both collaboration within the team and with their manager, as well as the degree of autonomy they have.
Raiffeisenbank Regio Arbon fosters a work environment in which employees can contribute, take on responsibility, and feel a long-term connection to the company. The high level of trust in leadership, the strong corporate culture, and work that is perceived as meaningful all contribute to employee motivation. Particular praise was given to the bank’s management for its transparent and authentic communication, as well as to the values that shape a positive and inclusive work culture.
A strong corporate culture is not only essential for the employees themselves, but also serves as an important foundation for sustainable success and high-quality service for customers.
High participation rate
With a participation rate of 91%, these results are highly significant. The high response rate reflects the employees’ strong commitment and their willingness to actively help shape the bank’s future development.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Raiffeisenbank Regio Arbon on receiving this award as an attractive employer. The result clearly demonstrates how a strong culture of trust, personal responsibility, and appreciative leadership can sustainably strengthen employee motivation, loyalty, and commitment.
