Questions: ValueQuest helps you to select suitable questions and determine the scope of the survey. More questions do not automatically mean better data quality. A questionnaire with around 80 questions is often considered ideal.

Questionnaire length: A questionnaire should be able to be completed within 15 minutes in order to improve data quality and prevent survey fatigue.

Frequency: A regular survey of employees, ideally every two years, is recommended to ensure continuous improvement
