Rethinking employee development - with the Employee Inspiration Journey

Inspiration is the driver of transformation and change in your organization: it allows employees to think outside the box and actively participate in change processes. All of this ensures a sustainable corporate culture.

  • Inspiration significantly increases the well-being of your employees(+ 30 points).
  • 19 more working days per year: Inspired employees are far more productive than other employees.
  • Inspired employees think and act entrepreneurially.

  • An inspiring working environment significantly increases the energy level of employees (+23 points).

  • An inspiring working environment strengthens your employer brand and attracts talent.

With the Employee Inspiration Journey, self-reflection is not a duty, but an exciting experience. By using the tool in a playful way and asking intuitive questions, your employees can reflect on their development and consciously plan their next steps without much effort. They evaluate where they are, where they want to go and what next steps they want to take - all in a motivating, easy-to-understand format. The questions within the Employee Inspiration Journey are deliberately formulated in a playful and accessible way. However, they are based on a well-founded, proven model that helps employees to drive their professional development forward in a targeted manner.

Our tool supports you in increasing your employees' willingness to change. It helps you to overcome resistance and mobilize your workforce for change.

The Employee Inspiration Journey is an interactive process that helps employees to actively shape and continuously develop their professional journey with the company. Employees receive a personal invitation email on their anniversary (when they join the company) or every six months. This contains a link that takes them to a user-friendly, modern platform.

On the platform, the employee is guided through a series of self-assessment impulses. These impulses help them to recognize their own strengths, reflect on past experiences and set new goals. Inspired by the "journey" theme, employees are guided through a development process with creative, thematic questions. For example: "You threw a message in a bottle into the sea last year. Here it comes washed up...". The employee is encouraged to think through the journey of the last 12 months: What successes were celebrated? What challenges have been overcome? And how has their career path changed since then? At the same time, they are encouraged to define concrete goals for the future.

An important part of the journey is that each employee decides what to do with the answers. Does he or she want to use them for a personal discussion with the line manager or just for their own reflection? This flexibility ensures that the process meets individual needs and goals.

After the reflection, the employee receives a visual, attractively designed report that summarizes the most important findings. They are also provided with an interactive dashboard that offers a clear overview of their development and the goals they have set. This enables simple and continuous tracking of personal progress.

After employees have completed their reflection, the anonymized results are collected and evaluated. To ensure the anonymity of employees, the results are made available once a month.

Companies receive a comprehensive evaluation at company and team level. The results are put into context with internal comparative values and industry benchmarks. This allows trends to be recognized at an early stage, development needs to be identified and targeted measures to be derived. The data-based insights support managers in strategic personnel and cultural development and help to actively shape an inspiring working environment.

Data alone does nothing - it's the implementation that makes the difference. Our experts support companies in workshops and strategy meetings in order to translate findings into sustainable measures. Managers and teams learn how to actively promote inspiration, successfully shape change processes and develop a corporate culture that inspires and retains employees in the long term.
