About Francine Kräuchi
Francine has been supporting managers and employees in feedback processes at ValueQuest since 2008 - as a managing partner, experienced project manager and coach. Her strength lies in deriving concrete development steps for managers of SMEs and large corporations from employee surveys and 360° feedback. Francine is a certified systemic coach (isi/ECA) with a degree in social work (ZHAW) and has many years of experience in the communications industry.
Our clients experience Francine as warm, down-to-earth and solution-oriented. In addition to a great deal of tact and clarity, she also brings a pinch of humor. Francine is a pleasure to work with. For Francine, a one-size-fits-all approach is not enough. It is important to her to respond individually to the needs of her counterpart and to develop solutions in partnership. Francine's coaching is also solution-oriented, respectful and works at the pace of her coachees - informed by her experience as a social worker.
In her free time, the native of Basel is drawn to the countryside. In summer, a "Morge-und Fiirabig Schwumm" in Lake Constance is a must. She also enjoys cycling through the Swiss mountains or her adopted country, the Netherlands. And Francine can also switch off well with yoga.
What particularly inspires Francine about her work at ValueQuest? The opportunity to initiate and support real change together with clients.
