About Andrea Schön
Andrea is Managing Director at ValueQuest and has been supporting companies in the areas of employee surveys, pulse checks and 360-degree leadership feedback since 2016. She is a systemic coach (CAS FH / ECA) and psychologist (B.Sc. FernUniversität Hagen) and has many years of experience in media research and media consulting. Her inspiration is to better unite people and work.
Clients value Andrea for her trusting, supportive and pragmatic manner and her friendly approach. As a systemic coach, psychologist and managing director, she thinks holistically and supports organizations in initiating and implementing real change.
And when Andrea is not on the road for ValueQuest, you can find her hiking through the beautiful Swiss countryside or stand-up paddling on Lake Zurich, summer or winter. On some days, the whole office smells of freshly baked sourdough bread - that's when everyone at ValueQuest enjoys Andrea's home-baked bread.
Yoga and learning Greek are the order of the day at the weekend. An important balance, and often a real challenge. Andrea wants to develop and shape the future, both as a private person and in her professional role.

Andreas' favorite recipe: Wiener schnitzel
At ValueQuest, we don't believe in run-of-the-mill feedback solutions. Every organization is different. That's why we develop surveys that are tailored to your specific requirements - whether you are an SME or a large corporation. Good collaboration and inspiration don't just happen at your desk, but sometimes also over lunch or dinner. That's why we not only share our expertise here, but also our favorite recipes from the ValueQuest team.
This is how it's done
- Pound the schnitzel thinly between cling film. Season the meat with salt (both sides) and
pepper (one side only). - Take three deep plates or bowls. Place the flour in the first plate, break the eggs into the second plate, whisk with a dash of milk
whisk with a dash of milk and season with salt and pepper. Place the breadcrumbs in the third plate. As you can only buy breadcrumbs in Switzerland, I always grate my own breadcrumbs from leftover dried white bread. These are much lighter than the rather coarse-grained breadcrumbs. - Dredge the meat in flour, pat down, pull through the eggs and toss in the breadcrumbs. I like to use the breadcrumbs generously and press them down firmly.
- Heat the oil about 3 fingers high in a frying pan. Sprinkle a few crumbs into the oil to check whether the fat is hot enough. If it bubbles, you're ready to go. Fry the escalopes until golden brown (preferably one at a time, they must float in the hot fat, this is the only way the breadcrumbs will form airy bubbles), turning once or twice.
- Lift out the escalopes, drain on kitchen paper and keep warm in the oven until they are all fried. Serve with lemon and cranberries.
