The Excellence@Work Award recognizes companies that achieve an above-average motivation score of at least 80 out of 100 index points, with a participation rate of at least 80% of employees. We would like to congratulate VZ VermögensZentrum on this excellent result!
What is particularly striking at VZ VermögensZentrum is that employee identification with the company has improved once again since the last survey, when it was already at a very high level. Such a high level of identification is usually seen in smaller, owner-managed companies. At VZ VermögensZentrum, however, it is a reality in a larger, professionally managed environment.
The commitment and loyalty of employees to VZ VermögensZentrum is very high overall - contrary to the general trend - and shows that employees feel a strong bond with VZ Vermögenszentrum and are willing to do a great deal for the company.
The following topics were rated particularly positively in the survey:
- The direct superiors / the manager
- Customer-oriented work
- Goal-oriented action
The employee survey showed that employees have a very high level of trust in the management. They perceive the strategic direction as clear, comprehensible and credible. Employees recognize where the company is heading and feel that management is following this path consistently and with a strong presence. Managers succeed in creating an environment that offers orientation and support. This clarity, combined with the high quality of leadership, are decisive factors for the high level of employee motivation and the strong commitment that employees show to the company.
