Innflow AG has succeeded in maintaining employee motivation at a consistently high level over the past few years, even though the number of employees has almost tripled since the first survey in 2018.
80% of employees are ambassadors for the company. They not only identify with their work, but also with the company itself and show a high level of willingness to actively support Innflow AG. This high level of commitment and pride is evidence of a supportive and appreciative culture within the company.
“
Celebrating success is part of our culture. And the employer award from ValueQuest is a very special reason for us to do so. Being recognized as an excellent employer by ValueQuest for the third time in a row is no coincidence, but speaks for a positive corporate culture.
A big thank you to ValueQuest for the many years of trustful cooperation and especially to our project manager Francine Kräuchi for her commitment and genuine interest!
Such a high level of employee commitment has numerous advantages for Innflow as a Swiss employer, e.g:
- it strengthens the employer brand (employer branding)
- it is a clear competitive advantage in the "war for talent"
- it enables more innovation and change, as employees are actively involved
Innflow received the highest ratings in the areas of "Leadership culture","Fairness & responsibility" and "Personal responsibility & participation". The topic of well-being has developed very positively compared to the last survey with an increase of 8 index points.

Cooperation within the team and with managers works very well and is characterized by mutual trust and appreciation. This strong cooperation is a key success factor for the high level of employee satisfaction.
The next milestone has already been defined. Innflow AG is aiming for certification with the Friendly Workspace Label. With this label and the BGM services, Health Promotion Switzerland supports organizations and companies in setting up systematic occupational health management.
In the survey, the assessments of occupational health management were positive. However, further development potential was also identified, which Innflow AG would now like to actively address.
We would like to congratulate Innflow AG on receiving the Excellence@work Award and look forward to accompanying them on their future journey!
