Innflow AG has succeeded in maintaining employee motivation at a consistently high level over the past few years, even though the number of employees has almost tripled since the first survey in 2018.

In the survey, the assessments of occupational health management were positive. However, further development potential was also identified, which Innflow AG would now like to actively address.
