"Together with my colleagues Sabrina Karthe and Louis Preisig, I am primarily responsible for our continuous tracking studies in the insurance sector. I particularly enjoy the collaboration and exchange with our participating insurance partners and the continuous development of our studies - so that we can deliver results that help to improve processes at insurers and increase customer and service quality."

"My aim is to ensure that my customers and partners are always completely satisfied with the analyses and results that we deliver to them. For me, this naturally includes responding to customer needs at all times, being flexible and reacting quickly when questions or requests arise."
Where to find Melanie in her free time:
"I like to spend my free time with my family and friends. In summer, I'm often in and around the water. I enjoy excursions into nature at the weekend and the snow in the Valais mountains in winter."
