Francine has been working as a project manager in the area of employee surveys and 360-degree leadership feedback at ValueQuest since 2008. She has been a Managing Partner since January 2023.
What Francine likes most about her job:
"At ValueQuest, I can manage projects independently from conception to implementation, which makes my work very varied. We are a great team that works very efficiently hand in hand. We also have a lot of fun. What I also really like is that there is a lot of scope at ValueQuest to get involved in different areas depending on your interests and talents."

Where to find Francine in her free time:
Travel, travel and travel again. And preferably following the sun. I like to broaden my horizons in faraway countries and cultures. Local nature also gives me peace and strength. I like bike tours and easy mountain hikes. And in summer I love jumping into the cool water.
