We are delighted to present Raiffeisenbank Mittleres Toggenburg with the Excellence@work Award 2025 in October. Our Project Manager and Managing Partner Francine Kräuchi recently presented the Excellence@work Award 2025 to Mr. Urban Koller, Chairman of Raiffeisenbank Mittleres Toggenburg.
This employer award is presented to companies that achieve a motivation score of at least 80 (out of 100) index points in the employee survey conducted with us. At the same time, they need a participation rate of at least 80% of employees in order to qualify.
The Excellence@work Award from ValueQuest stands for high employee satisfaction and an inspiring corporate culture.
High employee motivation - also in comparison to other banks
With a very high level of motivation (82 index points) and a participation rate of 88%, Raiffeisenbank Mittleres Toggenburg has more than earned this award. This puts it well above the external industry benchmark for the financial sector and sets high standards for employer attractiveness in the Swiss working world.
According to the personnel survey, 79% of the employees surveyed are ambassadors for the Bank. This is a strong signal of identification with the bank and at the same time of a high level of commitment.
The following topics in particular scored above average in the employee survey:
- Leadership culture
- Cooperation within the teams
- Inclusion & responsibility
Employees place a high degree of trust not only in their direct superiors, but also in the bank's management.

Our employer award
The Excellence@work Award from ValueQuest is based exclusively on the results of the anonymous employee satisfaction survey. The award cannot be earned, but is awarded exclusively on the basis of clear, measurable results.
