We are delighted to welcome Dr. oec. HSG Kathrin Neumüller to our team. Kathrin has been supporting us as a project manager and inspiration expert since May 2023.

Kathrin completed her doctorate at the University of St.Gallen in the field of employee inspiration and empowerment under Professor Rudolph (Institute of Retail Management). Subsequently, she lectured in the field of business innovation, conducted research in the area of employee motivation and led industry projects in cooperation with the largest Swiss and international retail companies in the areas of employee empowerment, motivation and inspiration. She also worked as a strategic consultant in the financial sector and in the business development department of Swiss Post.

As a lecturer at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), Kathrin teaches marketing and branding. Her lectureship enables her to bridge the gap between science, teaching and practical implementation. This gives her a constant breath of fresh air for new product and service ideas, which she will bring to ValueQuest.

Why Kathrin chose ValueQuest:

"At ValueQuest, I can now combine my thematic and methodological skills: my statistical expertise, my in-depth knowledge of employee research and work psychology as well as my strategic tools. Here I can pursue my passion for translating scientific findings into practical recommendations for companies and thus create direct customer benefit.

In addition to the perspective that ValueQuest offers me, the appreciation and collegiality of the entire ValueQuest team were decisive factors in my decision. ValueQuest not only preaches an appreciative team atmosphere and an inspiring team spirit, but also exemplifies these values on a daily basis."

What Kathrin particularly appreciates about her work at ValueQuest

"I particularly appreciate being able to actively drive forward my main areas of focus - employee inspiration and empowerment - at ValueQuest. Together with the ValueQuest team, we will now generate added value for our customers through new product ideas and make companies fit for their transformation through inspired employees."

What customers and partners can expect when working with Kathrin:

"I see myself as a problem solver: my top priority is to offer customers the optimal solution to their problems and challenges. I am passionate about going the extra mile and looking for tailor-made, customer-oriented solutions. What must not be neglected is the fun of working together. My goal is to always work with customers as equals and with enthusiasm."

Where to find Kathrin in her free time:

"I'm a big fan of Hispanic culture, language and lifestyle. I love discussing God and the world over a glass of strong Ribera del Duero and a few slices of Spanish pata negra ham. When I'm not on the Camino de Santiago, you're most likely to find me on the dance floor dancing Salsa Cubana."
