The year 2020 presented us with challenges we never imagined possible. The entire world, our country, ValueQuest – we all experienced an extraordinary year. This showed us how important good partnerships are. And how crucial it is to remain innovative, adapt quickly to new conditions, and shape the future with motivation.
Home office
A major challenge for many companies last year – including us – was the issue of working from home. The sudden transition created and continues to create some hurdles to overcome. We'll discuss this in more detail in our next blog post.
Exciting innovations
Nevertheless, ValueQuest has achieved a lot in the last year. In the spring, we proudly launched a new website and have been presenting ourselves with a new look ever since.
For our employee surveys, we've added online reporting to the customer portal. We now support our customers during the implementation phase of a survey with an action database. This means that improvement measures from the employee surveys can be recorded and processed in a simple web portal. This provides an overview of the development progress of the entire organization.
We've also redesigned our pulse tool. UPulse surveys are now shorter and conducted more frequently, ensuring more timely results. Our self-invitation portal for 360° feedback is also already enjoying great popularity, as it offers the greatest possible flexibility while organizing leadership feedback decentrally.
Partnerships
In 2020, ValueQuest continued to build successful partnerships that resulted in exciting projects. For example, we were able to develop new online reporting features with Bandy Analytics and GPTW Switzerland, and we were able to gain a new partner, SCHEELEN AG, for conducting feedback surveys.
These are good conditions for us to look positively to the future. We look forward to an exciting and successful 2021 together with our customers and partners!
