Employers' duty of care under Swiss labor law

Definition: What exactly is occupational health management (OHM)?

Occupational health management refers to the systematic and holistic approach taken by companies to maintain and promote the long-term physical and mental health of their employees. This includes, in particular, the analysis and prevention of sources of stress and strain in the workplace. The aim is to create a healthy and performance-enhancing working environment.

Modern occupational health management (OHM) includes, among other things:
