An eventful year has come to an end and the new year is likely to bring a few surprises. We already have some great news at the start of the year. The three founders Bruno Catellani, Heidi Blanken and Michael Matt are looking forward to handing over the management to the next generation after 20 years.
Our long-standing employees Andrea Schön, Melanie Wollschläger, Francine Kräuchi, Sabrina Karthe and Luca Bonfadelli will take over the management from January 2023. The founding trio will remain with ValueQuest in the future and continue to be a valuable part of the team. Together, we are ideally positioned to continue to impress our customers with our passion and commitment.
Our feedback moves and we move with it
ValueQuest was founded 20 years ago with the aim of offering employee surveys with "value". And thus to create real added value for organizations and employees. ValueQuest has remained true to this vision to this day and our name will continue to stand for this in the future.
Over the years, the three-person company has grown continuously and welcomed more and more specialists to the team. Together, we have succeeded in continuously developing ValueQuest and remaining innovative. We added 360-degree leadership feedback to our range of services. We established ourselves in the insurance industry with the Broker Panel Switzerland and our Moment of Truth Tracking.
