The success of an employee survey depends largely on the implementation of the results of the survey. With the measures database, ValueQuest offers its customers an efficient tool that provides maximum support for those responsible for implementation. The download and measures portal is an easy-to-use web portal. During the survey, it can be used as an information platform for managers. And after the survey, it can be used to distribute the results reports and record specific measures.

ValueQuest creates a graphical workbook, a PowerPoint presentation and a short report for each unit (departments, teams). From this, managers can derive measures for their own unit together with the team and inform employees about both the overall results and the specific results of the unit.

Each manager receives personal login details that give them access to the results of their own unit and any sub-units. The measures database offers many advantages:

  1. The logins are organized according to the hierarchy level
The team leaders organize the implementation for their team. The divisional managers maintain an overview. And the management keeps an eye on the commitment to the implementation process for the entire organization. They can see at a glance whether and which teams are already working with the results.
  2. The responsible persons and deadlines can be recorded
Clear responsibilities mean that there is no diffusion of responsibility. Deadlines are kept track of and reminders can be sent if necessary
  3. There are different filters and search functions
This allows you to specifically check where the areas and departments are in the processing:
    - Which topics are being worked on?
    - What progress is being made in implementation?

Promotion of exchange

The measures database supports the "learning organization" with the exchange of best practices and the presentation of ideas from other teams. Ideas can thus lead even more easily to adjustments to structures and processes throughout the organization.

The implementation process is promoted and fueled by a personal exchange across team boundaries. The involvement of employees is also made visible, allowing them to assume responsibility in the implementation process.

Our measures database provides you with a simple online tool that is ideal for supporting your organization with targeted implementation. Keep track of the implementation of improvement measures, share best practices and celebrate the results.
