About Rico Leuthold
Rico has been responsible for the online portal for employee surveys at ValueQuest since 2024. Customers can use this portal to view and download the results of their surveys and analyze them using interactive functions. Rico thus ensures that the surveys are not only conducted securely, but can also be evaluated in a usable and practical way.
Another focus of his work is the administration and maintenance of the servers. He ensures that all systems are stable, failure-free and secure. He contributes his many years of experience in the IT world. As early as 1999, he began working for an Internet provider, dealing with programming and the possibilities of the then still young online universe. Even though he later completed a degree in biology, his path led him back to computer science.
Rico is still fascinated by the dynamics of the digital world today. He enjoys using new technologies - from cloud solutions to AI - to make processes more efficient and smarter. He always has his eye on the technological pulse of the times.
In his private life, Rico lives in the Grisons mountains, where he enjoys nature to the full. He spends a lot of time hiking, always accompanied by his dog, and snowboards as often as possible in winter.
Working in the ValueQuest team inspires him every day to give his best - for the company and for the customers.

Rico's favorite recipe: Beef fillet with potato gratin and root vegetables
At ValueQuest, we don't believe in run-of-the-mill feedback solutions. Every organization is different. That's why we develop surveys that are tailored to your specific requirements - whether you are an SME or a large corporation. Good collaboration and inspiration don't just happen at your desk, but sometimes also over lunch or dinner. That's why we not only share our expertise here, but also our favorite recipes from the ValueQuest team.
This is how it's done
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan. Grease a baking dish with butter and spread the garlic. Arrange the potato slices in a fan-shaped layer, season each layer lightly with salt and pepper. Pour over the cream and top with a little butter. Bake for approx. 40-45 mins. After 30 minutes, sprinkle with Parmesan and herbs and bake until golden brown.
- Prepare the root vegetables: Cut the vegetables into sticks, mix with oil, salt and pepper. Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for the last 25 minutes.
- Fry the beef fillet: Heat the oil in a pan, sear the fillets for 2-4 minutes on each side (depending on the desired degree of doneness). Season with salt, pepper and herbs.
Wrap in aluminum foil and leave to rest in the oven at 70 °C for about 5 minutes. - Arrange the gratin, beef fillet and root vegetables on plates. Serve with a green salad if desired.
