In January 2023, the founding trio of ValueQuest passed the baton to the next generation. Within the new 5-person management team, Andrea Schön takes over as Managing Director. Find out who Andrea Schön is and what she stands for in this interview.

How did the takeover come about?
- We knew that the three founders wanted to step down and look for a succession solution early on. The first discussions between the employees and the founding trio took place at the beginning of 2022. It quickly became clear that we as employees wanted to take over the company because we believed in ValueQuest's products and services. In a trusting process, we were able to pave the way for the future together and are pleased that we have found a solution that allows us to preserve the old and develop the new.
What is your career background?
- Market research is my professional life. I entered this field with my first job at the Central Statistical Office. This was followed by research responsibility and management positions in large media agencies. After completing my degree in psychology, I found my professional home at ValueQuest. The combination of market research, consulting and strategic orientation is the perfect combination for me.
What do you stand for? What can our partners expect from working with you?
- Reliability, trust and partnership are the basic elements of working with me, both with clients and employees. My high quality standards ensure that you can rely on me throughout the entire process and receive a guaranteed output.
What is your personal vision for ValueQuest?
- Better uniting people and work is what drives me and is the basis for new ideas and services that I want to promote. I want to develop the company together with the team and our partners as equals and thus successfully shape the future. Only together will we master all challenges. ValueQuest should play a leading role in well-founded employee and customer surveys.
