About Sabrina Karthe
Sabrina is Managing Partner and Data Analyst at ValueQuest. Born in Germany, she has been part of the team since 2016 and contributes her expertise in survey programming, data preparation and analysis. Her focus at ValueQuest includes the area of multi-client studies - i.e. customer surveys for large Swiss insurance companies.
Her studies in applied mathematics at the University of Applied Sciences Mittweida gave her a precise, analytical way of thinking, which she brings to her work at ValueQuest. With her logical, networked thinking, she is able to master even complex projects with clarity and ease. At ValueQuest, we particularly value her high level of accuracy and her eye for detail - skills that are crucial in our industry to deliver high-quality and convincing results.
What drives Sabrina in particular is the opportunity to use her work at ValueQuest to help clients better understand processes and find out what really moves people. Her goal is to provide valuable starting points for optimizations and improvements that bring concrete and sustainable added value to our customers.
Away from work, Sabrina can often be found in nature, for example on a bike tour around Lake Zug, a trip to the mountains or gardening in her own small garden. Spending time with her family is particularly important to her. Sabrina also enjoys being creative in the kitchen. Cooking and baking are among her passions when her schedule allows.

Sabrinas' favorite recipe: Meat birds
At ValueQuest, we don't believe in run-of-the-mill feedback solutions. Every organization is different. That's why we develop surveys that are tailored to your specific requirements - whether you are an SME or a large corporation. Good collaboration and inspiration don't just happen at your desk, but sometimes also over lunch or dinner. That's why we not only share our expertise here, but also our favorite recipes from the ValueQuest team.
This is how it's done
- First prepare the filling for the meat birds: Finely dice the gherkins and onion. Place the roulades on a large board and spread with mustard. Then season with salt and pepper. Now place the filling on the meat birds - gherkins, onion and diced ham. Roll up the roulades, preferably folding the sides inwards first so that the filling does not fall out. Pin the meatballs together with roulade pins (or toothpicks).
- Heat the clarified butter in a pan and brown the roulades on all sides over a high heat.
- Peel the onion and carrots for the sauce and cut into small pieces. Add the cubes to the roulades and fry. Pour in the beef stock so that the bottom of the pan is covered to a height of approx. 1 cm. Simmer the roulades over a low heat with the lid on for approx. 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Remove the roulades from the stock and puree the vegetables. Season to taste with salt and pepper. To thicken, mix a little cornflour with cold water and stir in.
En Guete!
