About Luca Bonfadelli
Luca has been part of ValueQuest since 2014, initially as a Research Manager and from 2023 also as a Partner. He studied social sciences at the University of Zurich and the Free University of Berlin and brings this background to his work. At ValueQuest, he supports clients in a wide range of projects - from comprehensive employee surveys to ad hoc studies and leadership feedback.
Our clients particularly appreciate Luca's uncomplicated, pragmatic manner. He listens carefully, thinks quickly in terms of solutions and has an eye for the essentials even in complex situations.
Away from work, Luca can usually be found outside: climbing on rocks, hiking in the mountains or - if the weather doesn't play ball - in Zurich's climbing gyms.

Luca's favorite recipe: Garlic and chili pasta
At ValueQuest, we don't believe in run-of-the-mill feedback solutions. Every organization is different. That's why we develop surveys that are tailored to your specific requirements - whether you are an SME or a large corporation. Good collaboration and inspiration don't just happen at your desk, but sometimes also over lunch or dinner. That's why we not only share our expertise here, but also our favorite recipes from the ValueQuest team.
This is how it's done
- Pat the tofu dry with kitchen paper. Then mash into a crumble with a fork.
- Heat a frying pan over a medium heat. Fry the tofu in the oil for 3-4 mins. until it has taken on some color. Add 2 tsp dark soy sauce and fry for a few minutes. Set the tofu aside.
- Finely chop the garlic, ginger and spring onions.
- In the meantime: Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, drain approx. 1 min. earlier (after approx. 3 min.).
- In the same pan, sauté the garlic and ginger in a little oil for 2 mins.
- Add the gochujang. Cook for about 1 min, then add the oyster sauce. 7 Drain the noodles and add to the pan. Add 2 tsp dark soy sauce and the tofu. Turn the heat to medium and fry for 2-3 mins.
- Add the spring onions and fry for a further minute.
