About Markus Engler
Markus has been analyzing the results of employee surveys since joining ValueQuest in May 2025. He gained his first experience in the field of personnel development while working in the People & Organization department of an international pharmaceutical company. He also brings knowledge and skills from his Master's degree in Business Innovation at the University of St.Gallen to the further development and automation of internal processes.
Born in St.Gallen, he has a structured and analytical approach without losing his sense of humor. His colleagues appreciate his friendly, approachable and helpful character. In discussions, he brings clarity to complex topics, creates space for honest dialog and ensures that even critical issues are dealt with in a solution-oriented manner.
In his free time, Markus likes to immerse himself in fantastic worlds, both digital and analog. On the one hand, he is passionate about playing video games, and on the other, he is a Dungeon Master in a long-standing D&D group. He thinks up stories and storylines, draws inspiration from historical and current events and regularly tries to create an immersive world for his friends. For him, telling stories together is a wonderful way to unleash his creativity, create unforgettable experiences for his friends and reflect on current developments.
The combination of automation activities and the opportunity to initiate real change at customers is the driver behind Markus' interest in analyzing employee surveys.

At ValueQuest, we don't believe in run-of-the-mill feedback solutions. Every organization is different. That's why we develop surveys that are tailored to your specific requirements - whether you are an SME or a large corporation. Good collaboration and inspiration don't just happen at your desk, but sometimes also over lunch or dinner. That's why we not only share our expertise here, but also our favorite recipes from the ValueQuest team.
This is how it's done
- First soak the soy vermicelli in a little water and the spices. Meanwhile, cut the pimientos into thin rings. Finally, place the soy vermicelli in a pan with the pimientos, sweetcorn and beans and leave to simmer on a medium heat for at least two hours, stirring occasionally.
- Mix the flour, salt and oil in a large bowl to form a crumbly dough (like cake batter). Add water until you can form a ball. Add more water if necessary. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead on a floured surface until it is soft and elastic. Divide the dough into equal portions. Shape these into balls and roll out on a floured surface. Sprinkle with flour if necessary.
- To fry, heat a frying pan until steam rises. Then place one of the rolled out tortillas in the pan and fry for about 30 seconds until the dough bubbles and is golden brown, then turn and fry the other side briefly.
Enjoy!
