About Gabriel Martín
Gabriel has been part of the ValueQuest team as a Research Manager since the beginning of 2025. With a degree in sociology from the University of Zurich and over twelve years of experience in market research, primarily in the financial sector, he combines sound specialist knowledge with a keen sense of customer needs. His focus is on designing and programming customized surveys and questionnaires. He not only analyzes the results precisely, but also prepares them in clearly structured, visually appealing presentations. In this way, he creates the basis for well-founded decisions and sustainable strategies for our partner companies.
Born in Granada, Spain, he has a particular fascination for the dynamics of complex issues. This approach enables him to maintain an overview even with complicated questionnaires and to find the right solution for every customer.
Gabriel has a keen sense of which questions are really relevant and which are not, and can therefore reduce questionnaires to the essentials. His clients, often from the financial and insurance sectors, appreciate his ability to anticipate their needs, even if they are not yet clearly formulated. He is passionate about sociology and understanding social processes. As a sociologist, he not only wants to know that things are the way they are, but also why - scientifically sound and backed up by evidence.
In his spare time, Gabriel can be found either doing crossfit or tinkering with new hip-hop beats in his self-built home studio. As a passionate fan of hip-hop from the 90s and 2000s and with musical role models such as RZA and The Alchemist, he is always on the hunt for new vinyl for his collection. Away from sport and music, he enjoys playing retro and retro-inspired video games - not just for gaming, but also for collecting.
Gabriel's favorite recipe: Migas
At ValueQuest, we don't believe in run-of-the-mill feedback solutions. Every organization is different. That's why we develop surveys that are tailored to your specific requirements - whether you are an SME or a large corporation. Good collaboration and inspiration don't just happen at your desk, but sometimes also over lunch or dinner. That's why we not only share our expertise here, but also our favorite recipes from the ValueQuest team.
This is how it's done
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat. If you want to use garlic, fry it briefly in the oil and remove again.
- Add 1 tablespoon of durum wheat semolina to the pan and roast, stirring constantly, until it takes on a golden color. This develops the typical roasted aroma of migas.
- Pour 1 liter of water into the pan. Increase the heat and wait until it comes to the boil.
- Slowly and evenly trickle in the remaining durum wheat semolina. Stir continuously so that no lumps form.
- Stir in the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Now the actual migas process begins.
- Stir the mixture over a medium heat for around 30 minutes. Important: Migas only become "right" when the semolina has completely disintegrated and has a crumbly, dry structure. The grains should be separate, not like polenta.
¡Buen provecho!
