About Luana Kräuchi
Luana has been supporting our team in a variety of ways since July 2025 - both in back office management and in project management. She is currently studying Applied Psychology at the ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences and is expected to complete her Bachelor's degree in summer 2027. Since the beginning of her studies, she has been particularly interested in occupational and organizational psychology topics, which she is already deepening in elective and supplementary subjects.
The opportunity to work at ValueQuest alongside her studies is particularly valuable for Luana. It allows her to put her theoretical knowledge directly into practice - and actively help shape topics such as employee surveys and 360-degree feedback.
Outside of work and her studies, Luana is very creative. One of her great passions is music: she sings, writes her own songs and spends a lot of time in the studio, where she records and produces her pieces. Her heart also beats for running - especially long distances. She recently completed her first half marathon and is already looking forward to the next race. When she is not running or making music, she is often drawn to the mountains, especially the Alpstein. One of her favorite routes leads to the Äscher with a stop at the Seealpsee - and if you like it more sporty, you shouldn't miss the Sigl.
What particularly inspires Luana about her work at ValueQuest? The combination of science and practice - and the opportunity to make a contribution right now to how organizations grow and develop.

Luana's favorite recipe: Red lentil dal
At ValueQuest, we don't believe in run-of-the-mill feedback solutions. Every organization is different. That's why we develop surveys that are tailored to your specific requirements - whether you are an SME or a large corporation. Good collaboration and inspiration don't just happen at your desk, but sometimes also over lunch or dinner. That's why we not only share our expertise here, but also our favorite recipes from the ValueQuest team.
This is how it's done
- Sauté the ginger, garlic and onions. Add the garam masala/curry and spices and sauté. Deglaze with stock, add lentils and bring to the boil. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the pelati/tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes until the lentils are soft. Season to taste with salt, sugar, lime juice and herbs.
- Serve with yogurt.
Enjoy!
