About Gabriela Leone
Gabriela has been working at ValueQuest since 2015 as a network partner for French-speaking Switzerland and supports our French-speaking clients in the pragmatic and smooth implementation of their employee survey and 360 degree feedbacks. Thanks to her education in political science, her experience in human resources and her work as an adult educator and Solutionfocus coach, she finds the right balance between overall vision and concrete solutions.
Our clients appreciate Gabriela's goal-oriented project management and her flexibility. Gabriela was born in Bern, grew up in three different countries and switched from Swiss German to French at the age of 12 - hence her openness and curiosity towards the diversity of people. Her focus? The human being. Her motto? There is always a solution if you break new ground!
When Gabriela is not working, she likes to recharge her batteries in nature. Swimming and hiking bring her a lot of joy. Yoga and meditation, her long-time companions, provide balance and inner peace.
What inspires Gabriela most about her work at ValueQuest? Adapting to each interviewee in order to find the possible freedom in each approach.

Gabriela's favorite recipe: Indian chicken curry
At ValueQuest, we don't believe in run-of-the-mill feedback solutions. Every organization is different. That's why we develop surveys that are tailored to your specific requirements - whether you are an SME or a large corporation. Good collaboration and inspiration don't just happen at your desk, but sometimes also over lunch or dinner. That's why we not only share our expertise here, but also our favorite recipes from the ValueQuest team.
This is how it's done
-
Mix the chicken and curry. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken in batches for approx. 2 mins. each, remove, reduce the heat.
-
Heat the olive oil in the same pan, add the onion and all the other ingredients up to and including the chilli, sauté for approx. 2 mins.
-
Pour in the coconut milk, add the potatoes and chickpeas, bring to the boil, reduce the heat, season with salt.
-
Simmer over a low heat for approx. 1 ½ hours, stirring occasionally.
-
Add the chicken again, cover and simmer for 30 mins. Sprinkle with coriander.
En Guete!
