About Denis Gründler
Denis has been managing at ValueQuest since 2024 employee surveysconducts 360 degree feedbacks feedback, advises clients and accompanies them in their change processes. He acquired the necessary know-how for this during his studies of business psychology in Germany and business administration with a focus on change management in Sweden. His consulting skills are primarily due to his many years of work in the field of human resources. There he worked in various industries, first as an HR Business Partner and later as a personnel and organizational developer.
Denis is passionate about his job. This is evident to our clients, who find him to be very structured and service-oriented when working with him. His empathy and tact are greatly appreciated, especially in challenging moments. For example, when critical survey results are up for discussion, Denis ensures that meetings and workshops run constructively.
Away from work, Denis enjoys spending time in the Swiss countryside. After work, he can often be found at Lake Pfäffikon and at weekends in the mountains around Lake Lucerne. During his vacations, he also likes to travel far afield, for example to explore the Andes or visit traditional temples in Japan. When it rains outside, Denis tries to cook the culinary delights of his travel destinations himself. As this doesn't always work out so well, he really appreciates the fact that you can always find the right restaurant in Zurich as an alternative.
What particularly inspires Denis about his work at ValueQuest? Real conversations, honest feedback and the magic of numbers suddenly telling stories. He likes it when an employee survey becomes more than just a questionnaire, namely a real impetus for change.
