Financial sector

ValueQuest offers several instruments for the financial industry. Designed as multi-client studies, they offer profound insights into the needs and satisfaction of clients and brokers.

The Moment of Truth Tracking (MOTT) provides quarterly reliable indicators for the touch points ” claims”, “offer and closure”, ” consultation” and ” cancellation”. The “Customer Relationship” module identifies the key figures for the entire customer journey.

The “Swiss Broker Panel” serves as a systematic, neutral platform for the exchange of opinions between brokers and insurers. The feedback from brokers is used to improve the quality of service in the insurance industry in a targeted manner and to tailor offers even more closely to the needs of brokers and end customers. It pursues the following objectives:

  • Systematic feedback from brokers to insurers (opinion of brokers is given weight).
  • Increase of the service and support quality of the brokers
  • Anticipate market developments
  • Impulses for product development
  • Reduce effort for the brokers (only one additional survey)

The Swiss Broker Panel has been a continuous communication platform between insurers and brokers since 2006 – the benefits are two-sided.
All insurers (primary insurers, health insurers, pension fund providers) can participate in the Swiss Broker Panel. The survey takes place annually in May.

The broad-based benchmark study provides health insurance companies with a sound basis for making decisions on consumer switching behavior. It provides motives and behavior. In addition, it allows detailed benchmarking of service quality along the entire change process, from service before the change, during the offer process as well as during onboarding at the new insurance company.
The study enables health insurers to optimize their multi-channel strategy and consistently align services and marketing with customer behavior.
